WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO?
Edit: Letterboxd hid this review bc it didn’t “provide meaningful review content” so.. Loved the complex characters and dynamics explored, BIG fan of the colors and visceral visuals. The cinematography, production design & score were, simply put, lavish and indulging TREATS. The costumes? Loved those too. Don’t even get me STARTED on Florence, Poulter and bears’s performances, having loved those three babies I owe them my life! This movie made me laugh and cry and In Conclusion: this was some good! stuff! Highly recommend. We good now @Letterboxd editorial team???
This film is my Black Panther. This movie empowered me. It helped me get over my rejection from the female known as Elle who’d rather date Harvard douche instead of a true gentelman who would treat her well. Amazing cinematography and a great performance from Jacob Elordi, who was fortunately moved on from artsy-fartsy hipster trash like Euphoria. Films like the Pissing Booth 2 are true art that often gets misunderstood by normies who watch Nolan kiddie movies instead of challenging, thought-provoking kino like To All Boys I’ve Loved Before.
