Kappelen’s review published on Letterboxd:
"If you want true love, then this is it. This is real life. It's not perfect but it's real."
It's very rare to experience two actors portray two characters over the span of 18 years, at three crucial stages of their life, 9 years apart. Seeing Ethan Hawke and Julie Delpy in their 20s, 30s and 40s as they navigate life and love is quite special. They truly feel like a real and authentic couple. And the backdrop of Greece is a fitting place to end this lovely trilogy.
"Like sunlight, sunset, we appear, we disappear. We are so important to some, but we are just passing through."
