Electroma is visually stunning, fantastically scored (I mean, it’s Daft Punk.) and there’s no other way to put this, it’s freaky as fuck. But in a good, artsy way. It’s awesome. I think the meaning behind the film is that Daft Punk is trying to find a place in society, and are trying to be accepted as humans rather than outcasts.
The only issue I found with the film is that there’s a whole lot of nothing going on between the compelling, interesting scenes. I skipped around often. Nonetheless, it was worth the watch.
