Spree 2020
One of the only non-cringey depictions of social media in film. The technology aspect of Spree is handled shockingly well but the plot wasn’t enough to completely captivate me. Overall I feel this is a good sign of directors being more capable of handling social media and technology in film.

The Red Shoes 1948
“I don’t know why but I must”
As Scorsese’s favorite movie I was expecting a lot out of this. Certainly delivered at some points (ei. 16 minute ballet sequence) but I am overall unsure of how to feel. If anything deserves a rewatch it’s this.
