Lucas Gomes’s review published on Letterboxd:
I'm still trying to figure out if this is a five star or a four and a half...
Anyway, Russo brothers should get tons of money just for making this happen in such an epic way with a gigantic cast never seen in any other movie.
Thanos is a great villain, I was afraid of the mediocrity given to potentially good Marvel villains in the past but the directors, Josh Brolin and the Special Effects put into work to make every single facial expression visible did it... I remember how suspicious I was when Marvel stated they wanted a villain as emblematic as Darth Vader and let me tell you, they did it. In the long run, I do believe that Thanos will be known as one of the best villains of the blockbuster cinema.
The cast was splendid as anyone can imagine and there were some small moments where I thought the CGI was a little bit too much.
This is a movie to watch again, and more, this is a movie to watch and later talk to your friend in a bar about the plot and what's going to happen next. This is a great blockbuster and if you're expecting something different from what happened here, boy, you were not paying attention for 10 years.
