Katherine’s review published on Letterboxd:
"It's that thing when you're with someone, and you love them and they know it, and they love you and you know it, but it's a party and you're both talking to other people, and you're laughing and shining and you look across the room and catch each others eyes, but not because you're possessive, or it's precisely sexual, but because, that is your person in this life."
Everything in this movie was so subtly heartbreaking or happy. I didn't expect it to affect me like it did, before I knew it I had a huge lump in my throat and I wanted to find my best friend and hug the shit out of her. Noah Baumbach and Greta Gerwig (who is SO CHARMING) beautifully showcases how a best friend is also the true love of your life and how that can sadly be sometimes minimized as life gets in the way, but it's never forgotten.
