Thor: Ragnarok

Thor: Ragnarok ★★★★★

Taika Waititi directed this third part of the Thor story very successfully. Those who are all the time complaining about elements of comedy in Marvel movies won't love this movie either.
Taika Waititi intertwines humour with action and serious moments. He convinced me as well as the majority of the audience. I really like his Maori tikanga-based understanding that he's mixing in his movies.

Thor has to suffer even more in this part. After losing the throne, being apart of his love for the better good and seeing his mother die, he has to face the death of his father, being again betrayed by his brother, having to kill his sister that he never had known before, losing his hammer, his eye and his planet. If you thought just he's the sunny boy of MCU you were wrong. He's actually the most tragic character of MCU. At the same time he's real strength is his belief in his people.

The movie is one big fast action party. I love the great music. It's just so epic. It gives me goosebumps.

I'm really excited how the coming fourth part will be. I hope they won't destroy him. If they intend to replace him by any other character it'll be the last Thor movie for me. He is Thor and no-one else!
