I have a real soft spot for Part 3 since it is actually the first film in the series I saw. It is also the first appearance of the hockey mask of course and you get all of the amazingly ridiculous 3D shots which I am certain are more fun in 2D since they just look so out of place.

Shelly is probably one of the most annoying of all the doofus characters throughout the series, but he does bring the mask into play and also the fishing spear, which makes for an awesome 3D death, so I have to give him something for that.

This one also continues the solid openings, though I could have done without the stupid bikers who get involved later on. Probably the weakest of the first four films, but I still really enjoy it.
