What a great idea for a revenge story. Edward’s story is what Susan did to Edward. The parallels between Edward’s story and Susan’s memory scenes are genius.

  • Wonder Woman 1984

Man this did not work. I might have had the wrong crowd to watch this since my family kept asking when it was going to be over but I think the plot was boring and I can’t express how little sense it makes that Wonder Woman is flying in 1984 but not in Batman vs Superman or Justice League.

End credit scene was dope tho. World of the multiverse begins

  • Ma Rainey's Black Bottom

This movie hits different know what Chadwick was going through while making it. He has three really emotional scenes, but the one about him talking to god means so much to the film and possible Chadwick’s real feelings

  • Aquaman

    Aquaman

    ★★

Picture this without Jason Mamoa carrying this movie

  • The Polar Express

    The Polar Express

    ★★½

Animated movies can have the coolest cinematography

  • The Peanut Butter Falcon

    The Peanut Butter Falcon

    ★★★★

Such a cool look on how people are treated. I loved how this movie got me pumped when the bonding happened. Don’t know how I feel about the ending yet but I’ll remember the good things.

  • Justice League

    Justice League

    ★★

Surprisingly better than I remembered but I still did not enjoy watching it

  • Suicide Squad

    Suicide Squad

    ★½

Dialog is goofy, character motivation is odd, but most importantly you can not mess up a character like Joker. The laugh is weird his breathing through his speaking is so hard to listen to. It is plain horrible. I don’t know how it made it into a movie.

  • Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

    ★★

This was worse than I remembered. Some things felt so off. I definitely am not the only one that felt wonder women did not need to be in this movie. Also it after watching Man if Steel I remember how rushed this felt.

Also wtf was that scene of kid Bruce Wayne flying out of the whole with the bats that felt so weird.

  • Man of Steel

    Man of Steel

    ★★★

Solid action. Likable characters. Superman’s home town looked beautiful. This is a good start for the dceu and it gives story that the rest of the universe builds off of.

  • Jack Black: Spider-Man

    Jack Black: Spider-Man

If this actually came out in 2002 then Sam Rami got the idea of Spiderman losing his powers from Jack Black

Also I can’t believe this is on Letterboxd
