Help was the most harrowing, brutal, yet validating, movie watching experience of my life! It's set in Liverpool (my city!) during the first few months of the pandemic, in a care home (I am a home care receiver)! It's as close to home regarding my deep trauma, as I will likely ever find in a movie. Two incredible friends (DisMoviePod & Adam) watched with me, or I would never have been able to make myself do it. But I am soβ¦

Finding Nemo 2003
Finding Nemo I swear has more disability representation every time I watch it! π This time I watched specifically to review from that pov & wow! Fuck it, I'm bumping my rating to 5 stars, this rewatch! I cannot get enough of Samara Weaving's spectacularly blood soaked feral hatred of these evil-ass rich people! π₯
This kitten thinks eating the rich is just common sense. π€·π»ββοΈ
The Delightfully Disastrous Dress Deconstruction is always an enchanting bonus, too!

Clue 1985
I can't believe I'd never seen this 'til now! It's hilarious, in the most pointed, clever, satirical of ways. It's political commentary is really relevant even today. Tim Curry is truly splendid here! Honestly, the entire cast is fantastic. I had so very much fun!! Communism being ever America's red herring tickled the damn hell outta me!

The World's End 2013
Rosamund Pike is somehow, actually, hotter after watching The Wheel of Time, am I right!?!
I haven't watched the final movie in the cornetto trilogy in many years, and couldn't remember a thing! And thank God for it - the reveal, and movie generally, is super fun! These men having to get drunker, the more they need their smarts, is fucking brilliant!! The final 20 mins? Epic! I shouldn't forget the nostalgic soundtrack either! π
It's honestly really cool whatβ¦
