MY EYES!!!!! What's been seen cannot be unseen! The CG baby has to be one of the most horrifying special effects I have ever seen on film, I take the doll from American Sniper any day over this atrocity.

The epic finale of the Twilight Saga is actually a ton of fun! It has cheap CGI (inexcusable with the budget they had) and some lame dialogue and character moments, but I actually quite enjoyed watching this. It has many elements that should have been explored in the previous entries: the vampires are essentially mutants, with different tribes from different countries with various powers, sort of like X-Men. This is gory as hell, with the pretty good climactic battle featuring ton of decapitations and dismemberments (even a Cheshire smile death!!), pushing the PG-13 limit to its fullest.

I wasn't angry watching these films. Other than the second and fourth being snoozefests, they are actually pretty bland piece of entertainment aimed at young adults. They are not terrible, and neither are they some of the worst movies ever made. This chapter especially has the best music and cinematography of the franchise, and the action is well shot and edited. The acting was also better, especially from Stewart and Sheen who are having a ball chewing up the scenery.

I'm shocked I'm saying this, but I actually kinda liked my time with this series. I can see the appeal for young adults, it's "edgy" enough for them and the romance is sick and twisted but in a relatable way (girls sure love their stalkers and boys force-kissing them saying they cannot live without them). I probably would have hated this back in the day for what it stood for, and it probably has ruined the concept of relationships for many people (I've met some who idolize this romance), but almost 10 years since these films started I honestly think we've gotten far worse stories that became huge hits (*cough* cheap BDSM Twilight fan-fiction *cough*).

Now, with the Box Office Challenge, I'm more afraid of watching the animated films that are left. Fingers crossed for not bringing me on the verge of cinematic suicide!
