Eaten Alive! ★★★½

5 Directors x 5 Unseen Films Challenge – Round III: Film #21

Instead of buying frozen meat in the supermarket, they get theirs fresh from people like you.

There's a pretty solid religious cult movie somewhere in here, buried underneath tons of gore, sleaze and recycled animal snuff scenes. Ivan Rassimov and Robert Kerman are quite good, Mel Ferrer probably only showed up because he really wanted a second picture called Eaten Alive on his résumé.
