Give me all the B and made for TV movies.
That was actually quite charming. My sister put this on randomly so I had no idea what to expect and had never heard of this. Based on a true story Clive Owen plays a convict who leads a group of prisoners who reform themselves through gardening. All of their hard work pays off and they get invited into a very prestigious gardening contest. The settings and gardens are lush and beautiful, the acting is well done, heartwarming and humorous at times. A suprisingly feel good movie.
lol that was corny af. Although the campiness is fun this is very mediocre and has no definite tone, I cant believe how popular this movie was when it came out.
When Kevin Costner rubbed horse shit on himself it was a metaphor for this movie. He suuucks so bad in this. Alan Rickman is really the only selling point, he hams it up because he probably knows hes in a stinker.
