Wow. An amazing story of abuse, manipulation, talent, and pain. Margot Robbie is an incredibly talented actress and this movie show cases it boldly. I really didn’t know much about the story of Tanya Harding and it’s hard to tell what is truth from fiction in movies like these. Still, when the judge said she couldn’t skate anymore, it broke my heart.
Beautiful cinematography, acting, and directing. I felt occasionally the pacing was weird but in general I felt it was well done.
Not sure what kind of note this is but I wish we had known more about Nancy Kerrigan? While this movie is unequivocally Tonya’s story, people like myself who came into this movie with very little background would’ve liked to know a little bit more.
That’s not affecting my scoring of the movie I’m just saying it would’ve been nice.
Tonya seems like a badass tho.
