  What was this ‘86 color grading? I so hoped it would mellow out but it surely did not. 

  Confused as to how Cruise and McGillis could have so much chemistry until the sex & kissing scenes? There banter back and forth was SPICY and then it was just a let down. 

  I did indeed just watch this so I could go support my boy Miles Teller with the knowledge of what happened and they sure did cast him perfectly to be Goose’s son. Wow.

  Excited to see Top Gun: Maverick cause this was one hell of a ride.

  There were definitely some moments with no death and blood that dragged but John Williams made up for that. 

  Overall, the story was solid and I didn’t want to get on my phone during it and that’s all I can hope for when I start watching something older.
