In the Mood for Love ★★★★★

M O O D

I love you, Maggie and I can't get this off my mind. The images of you and him standing together like that, in the corner of the street for what seemed like ages, not saying anything, just role playing, lips barely moving while the wind keeps blowing and the rain keeps falling. From the chaos of silence, the idea of love coupled with Wong's spontaneity provides a poignant, ephemeral sensation that breaks memories into pieces, later on unfolding them into a throbbing mirror of reflection. The susurrous of the stream flow through the hollow space, the night is fleeting like a lovelorn tale but because no one has enough courage to speak or to lean in and so one has to watch the other getting swept away within the infinite, elliptical path of time. Tragedy and ache synchronized, pain is not an option.
