The attack of the bees is hands-down the best action scene of 2016.
There's so much to like about 'Never Stop Stopping'. I could recount the amount of cameos, industry jokes and genre tropes found in this little gem but the sheer fact that a movie like that got made in the first place has to take the cake. And it's not just the budget and stellar filmmaking qualities that are in play here.
It's also the friendship and love that the producing powerhouse, The Lonely Island, bring to every little moment. From the impressive attention to detail and mockumentary form, to the infectiously heartfelt way the story of Connor4Real manages to stay authentic despite being absolutely drowning in satire.
Also, did I mention that it's fucking hilarious.
If Spinal Tap introduced us to a 11/10 scale, then Popstar turns it up all the way to twelve.
