I don't care that nepo baby Maya Hawke is in this. Its nothing personal I don't understand the hype, she has about 10 projects to her name and has yet to make any meaningful impact professionally beyond having famous parents.
I care about a movie having a well written script with well developed characters and talented actors giving good performances. 'Do Revenge' has none of this. Instead we have a scant script with rudimentary writing alongside underdeveloped imitations of what I assume were suppose to be real life people.
Being inclusive and having ample representation is admirable but it isn't enough to make your bad movie good.
