Mike LaPenta’s review published on Letterboxd:
The felt like a book made in to a movie, and that’s not a good thing. The over-explanatory narration and the multitude of plots and time periods where you can tell a chapter ends and begins. Holland and Keough were standouts for me, but everyone else (yes even our beloved Robert Pattinson) felt very flat or overdoing the southern drawl. This seems to be very divisive though.
