french filmmakers are actually quite fucked in the head??? like this movie is just disgustingly grotesque and carnal….anyways i loved it. yet another ducournau film that will inevitably dance around in my silly (nonmetallic) skull for months until i have the gross pleasure of rewatching it again. also looove how garance marillier is in yet another film of hers and also named justine. and how alexia and adrien are also names of characters from her 2016 movie Raw. the JDCU (julia ducournau cinematic universe) is alive and well
