Leah Dubuc’s review published on Letterboxd:
i don't know i didn't love this movie! perhaps it is not for leahs? i appreciated a lot of incredible high speed tracking cinematography and great stunt work, but i think it's hard after rewatching fury road to not only view this movie as okay. fury road manages to build a really dense world and mythos set amongst a propulsive narrative thats constantly active, but here the story is thin where the action is robust. but again it might just not be my thing, i can see value in it too.
i will say today and every day: mel gibson has never been attractive at any point in his career.
