    Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe


    For what it wants to be, a nearly 90min long pubertal dick joke set in the current zeitgeist quite solid and recommendable. The real satire lags behind the known standards of the established animation series that has survived from the 90s, but it is there.

    So if you have no pretensions, are stuck on the mental level of a 16 year old or can at least put yourself in this state of mind quite enjoyable.

    Proof that even the most generic script can be turned into a thrilling movie experience when all departments deliver. Impressive performances by Juancho Hernangómez, Queen Latifah and Adam Sandler (even if the performance doesn't come up to Uncut Gems). Great cinematography, energetic editing and a sound design that just pumps you up.

    If you like sports movies, you should definitely check out Hustle. It looks like the masterclass of the already established and known in this genre.

    is an abysmally dark, nihilistic neo-noir detective story that is second to none in terms of production. No over-the-top action nonsense but an excellent mobster crime thriller full of pyschological intimidation.
