hell yeah now this is how you do queer horror movies. get out of here with your THEY/THEM shit, it's all about BODIES BODIES BODIES, baby! what starts off as a deliciously campy teen slasher later transitions, in a non abruptive way, into a twisty, well crafted whodunit mystery that knows exactly when and how to take itself seriously. BODIES BODIES BODIES not only features one of my favorite cast ensembles of the year so far, but gives us a…

now, i'm not a big fan of music biopics, and i have no idea how much of this is or isn't true as i'm also not an elvis superfan, but all and all ELVIS was pretty crazy. to no one's surprise, the one who keeps people talking and steals the show again and again is austin butler in a career-defining performance in an otherwise okay-ish movie. now, i absolutely adored baz luhrmann's hyperstylized direction, and the always dazzling musical numbers in the movie (plus, the good amount of captain marvel/shazam references), but it's austin who elevates ELVIS and males it a truly unforgettable film

"the suicide squad" is violent. it's dynamic. it's addictive. it's an incredibly visceral experience, and a bloody…

this will probably be my longest review in a while; do you know how crazy it feels for me to say that roughly 2 hours ago I came out of THE BATMAN? it feels like i've been waiting my entire life for this movie, in a way i have, and logging it on this app is nothing short of unreal. movies are supposed to make you feel the same way THE BATMAN made me feel. there's so much to say…
