After many years, Love Actually has continued to make its way to the near-top of many must-watch Christmas/holiday film lists, including ours. Featuring a number of big Hollywood names (e.g. Hugh Grant, Alan Rickman, Chiwetel Ejiofor) and stories about family, friendships and love, Love Actually ties it all together for a wonderful holiday watch.

Starring both Najarra Townsend (Contracted) and Brea Grant (Lucky), The Stylist is a great horror film about a hair stylist who obsesses over one her clients (Brea Grant), with deadly results. We don't want to give away too many details, but add this Jill Gevargizian-directed masterpiece to your watchlist!

Sure, the holiday may have passed, but this is going to become a Thanksgiving must-watch for years to come. Thank you, Eli Roth, for both the original 2007 trailer and serving us this platter full of gore and creative kills.

It's time to cut Ben Affleck some slack. The Town, which he directed and co-wrote, is a fantastic film about a thief who's ready to leave the game once and for all, but becomes romantically involved with one of his/their previous robbery victims. However, hot on their trail is a team of FBI agents who will stop at nothing to end them. Aside from the strong Boston accents (you'll learn to accept it), the storyline and acting are well-placed throughout the film, making it one of the best films to come out in 2010.

I made a 45 minute curated playlist of cinematic cyberpunk synthwave tracks and some feel like they belong in this movie so check it out(if you're into that sort of thing):
