  I was up til 3AM crying with my fellow ABG housemate about Filipino parents the night before watching this. Through the entire film, I couldn’t stop thinking about how tomorrow was my moms birthday. I saw her the next day and tried to be more present, loving, and understanding than I’ve ever been before with her.
