I'm very fond of this film - it's nicely plotted, full of political backstabbing, manipulation, and dirty dealings. Plus, there are some excellent performances, especially by Philip Seymour Hoffman.

And I love how much "The Ides of March" is a product of earlier, simpler times because there is no way on earth that in 2018 a junior campaign manager would be shocked to find out that his candidate is fucking an intern.
