i feel like the person who said that didn't live in sacremento.
watched for the hundredth time, but loved it more than ever. watched both for my dissertation and a piece i'm writing that's coming up, so won't say much more but WHAT I WILL SAY is that this film was made with so much heart. greta's grasp on both teenage-hood and motherhood is faultless, and i love how they come together so beautifully here in what is really a dual-perspective masterpiece.
