    I know there probably isn’t enough kaiju action for some, but this movie is one of the few Godzilla movies that truly show the big guy as a majestic God. Gareth Edwards knows how to perfectly showcase Godzilla’s size and scope. The last 30 minutes is breathtaking.

    Don’t get the hate in this one. A couple good songs, beautiful animation, and a good lead performance. I enjoyed myself.

The cast is great, the concept is interesting, but there’s something in the execution that leaves the wallop the narrative seems to strive for to fall flat.
