was extremely hungover and there was a bomb threat that delayed screening so got like minor sunstroke while waiting - all to say that I slept through a lot of this.

i liked it! maybe the most successful send-up of contemporary gender politics and wokeness as lifestyle i've seen so far. doesn't feel whiney or soapboxy for most of it. The TV interview part was a bit much, but still better handled than, say, malcom and marie lol

some nice formal stuff - some very corny formal suff

overall sort of lives in the world of sally rooney books or something, yummy romcom with spare enough prose (stylish and competent enough filmmaking here) to make you feel like there is a vegetable on the plate
