  the two stars of this review are for cinematography, transitions and the score. the other half is for narrative. i hate to say this but surprisingly, i did not like this film. i adored the look, visually stunning, but the narrative was weak. the film had potential to be electrifying in places, but hardly swelled. it relied on unnecessaryly gruesome images for scares, rather than an unsettling storyline. i enjoyed the psychedelic hazy edit…
