Ive been a supporter and close follower of Daniels for about 10 years. I remember when Swiss Army Man was announced i showed everyone in a speaking distance to me interesting ball, usually to the response of “oh that was weird” but I’ve always been able to embrace their approach towards humanity through maximalist absurdity, and I am so excited at every opportunity they have to make people cry at what they so beautifully put together. Go watch this on an imax with a nice crowd. Guarantee you will have a blast
I wish I could versejump to a universe where this gets best picture, best director, best actor, best actress, and all the rest.
EDIT: lmao I can’t believe we actually live in the best picture, director, actress, supporting nomination universe. Will have to update to see if they actually win
