as i'm seeing dunkirk tomorrow i thought i'd rewatch this, i.e my 7th favourite film of all time.
i really don't know what to say. this film is so huge it takes a lot to get your head round it let alone write a decent review. in my opinion this is the best sci fi since 2001: a space odyssey (nothing will ever come close to that for me) and there have been a lot of good ones. i'm not even really sure why i love interstellar so much. i think it has a huge heart and is incredibly moving and emotional, and everything is done so well. i usually find that films that are 3 hours + seem to drag but this one goes so quickly.
it's just completely extraordinary and the whole concept is amazing.
