    Quite entrancing for the first 40 or so minutes before it moves onto the roof. The mundanity of the images work to expose the intimacies of the Hotel; you begin to notice the spaces between walls and doors, you wonder what's behind each door, where each corridor-offshoot shrouded in darkness leads to; the sporadic nature of the elevator, the gestures of passers-by, the way impasto splashes of light stretch out into the flat, glossy desert-plains of tan-coloured walls; even the…
