Really don’t understand the seemingly universal hatred towards this film?

Oppenheimer 2023
Appreciated the film as a whole much more on second viewing, but still seriously disappointed about the explosion 😑

Door 1988
Yes, because an umbrella and roller skate are gonna win against a fucking chainsaw 😂
Some really weird decisions in this film, whether it be the characters or the filmmakers themselves (the soundtrack is extremely repetitive, with such a strange choice in music) and it takes so long to get going that I have no idea whether I enjoyed this or not.

The Fall of the House of Usher 2023
I’ve not actually watched any of Flanagan’s other TV work (though I’ve enjoyed his films!) but watching this has made me realise I really need to watch the others!

There's Nothing Out There 1991
I had never heard of this film before and then it popped up on the MUBI app, read the description and knew I had to watch it, and I’m glad I did. It’s absolutely terrible in all the right ways! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cheesy, meta horror/comedy!

Knock at the Cabin 2023
Definitely on the good side of Shyamalan’s filmography, but still has some weird dialogue and line deliveries 😂
