Scream VI 2023
Probably the most brutal the Scream franchise has ever been, with some of the most vicious kills. It’s amazing that the franchise can continue to reinvent itself, play into being self aware and deliver exactly what fans want (Halloween should’ve followed suit).
Jenna Ortega and Melissa Barrera are both fantastic again, but I actually found myself loving Mason Gooding the most. It actually ended up working without Neve as much as I love her, but when the young cast are this good you can make it work.

65 2023
An underwhelming and bland story can’t even be saved by Adam Driver. There’s nothing inherently wrong with 65, it’s just boring. The film had a lot of potential to be incredibly interesting but it went with the most basic of storyline’s. I didn’t even find the dinosaurs that interesting unfortunately, which was the least they could’ve done.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness 2022
Multiverse of Madness is undoubtedly a Marvel movie with all the usual bells and whistles, but 100% has Sam Raimi's touches throughout. It has a surprising amount of horror elements which was super refreshing to see and also doesn't hold back from the violence when needed. Raimi is right in his element here.
I was curious to see what they would do with America Chavez, seeing as she hasn't really been marketed a whole lot but she's a great new…
