This movie has me in shambles, I think that’s the right word,,, I’m settling on it for now we’ll see how I feel in an hour or two. This is a rushed review as I have many thoughts and feelings right now, I will have more cohesive thoughts on this at some point on my youtube channel. But without further ado, here it goes...

This is a film about the shift between the idyllic storybook romance depicted in the first film,…

Wow. I’ve been excited for this to become available since all the Sundance hype and sure enough, this didn’t disappoint.

This documentary seems mundane at first. It’s a look into the somewhat jaded views of a group of 1100, mostly conservative, mostly white, boys from Texas. Holy shit. Not to be overly pretentious, but I fucking loved this and it’s close to perfection to me! I loved how I didn’t understand a thing, yet felt everything all at once.

Wow, more thoughts on this tomorrow. Thank you Mr. Kaufman, King of Existential crisis’.

I’m going to think about this film for an incredibly long time.

I understand that Lynch isn’t for everyone, and I’m not going to act like it is, but this is an absolute feat that I’m glad I finally got around to watching.

I’m obsessed with every small stylistic choice Lynch makes in order to truly engulf the viewer into the world he has created.

I cannot wait for a rewatch, as I know it will make the impact of…
