Downright horrifying still on my third viewing. Between John Cassavetes (the job he has here.... unreal) and Mia Farrows decent from innocent to insane, the god given pacing and progression, the music, that dream sequence??... it was this one I realized how much of an all timer this film is for me. I want to walk around and show people this that haven’t seen it. I’m getting chills just thinking about it. That lullaby will forever play in my head whenever I think of this nasty (brilliant) poster. Ruth Gordon has never been more obnoxious, Jesus Christ.
