Dirk Diggler’s review published on Letterboxd:
Holy moly, Days of Heaven is one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen. It's an absolutely gorgeous and poignant tale of love, changing of times and loneliness all set under the Great Depression. The godlike cinematography, the beautiful and melancholic score by Morricone (<3), and the laid-back and mood atmosphere, all contributed to this relaxing feeling that it felt like a dream watching it. The locusts and fire sequence was breathtaking and truly resonated with me. I really loved this.
