Maudie’s review published on Letterboxd:
First half of the movie: an interesting approach to the extreme class differences in a Capitalist society like South Korea. Solid camerawork and quite impressive performances by some of the best Korean actors ever. (My favorite ones Lee Sun Gyun and Song Kang-ho included) Smart and thrilling screenplay with a very dark sense of humor.
Second half of the movie: HOLY SHIT!!!
P.S: this is officially Bong Joon-ho's best work since Memories of Murder, so he still got it.
