confounding precisely because as we view the aftermath of the trial, the undoing of the open and shut case comes as information we dont know is eventually presented, just as the knowledge that the ignorance to these errors by the characters, intentionally or not, is rooted by their place, number, being, punishment is the be all end all, no justice either way, only the process, like Night of the Living Dead it comes to its processing via the individuation of one shared location and space, with nothing in between, basing its drama in realism, race, only glimmers of the power that is at stake
