    The Witch

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

The Witch was a true gem from Writer-Director Robert Eggers! I truly offer my congratulations to Robert on such a strong and influential directorial debut! The movie was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. A solid supernatural Horror with elements of a family's psychological downward spiral into madness as they begin to turn on one another.

The time period was perfect for this type of movie as well as the claustrophobic setting - the edge of the wilderness. My god,…

I am a huge Dragon nerd. I love Dragons and everything about them. I have read countless articles, books, novels and just about anything I can get my hands on about Dragons. I am blown…

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier

I finally managed to catch up with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and man, this was truly SUPERB from start to finish! This was a brilliantly written political thriller filled with awesome characters and amazing action sequences as Sam Wilson (Falcon) and Bucky Barnes (Winter Soldier) team up on a global adventure, joined by John Walker (the new Captain America) and his partner Lemar Hoskins (Battlestar) to stop the Flag Smashers, anti-nationalist rebel freedom fighters, and their leader Karli…

Witches! Androids! And Suburbia! OH MY!

Even after a 3rd watch, this show still absolutely ROCKS! Marvel Studios hit a home run with this series. Elizabeth Olsen, Kathryn Hahn, and Paul Bettany all did a tremendous job. The finale's climatic battle is still mind-blowingly awesome. I positively look forward to seeing more of Hahn's Agatha Harkness in upcoming Marvel projects.
