Manuel Couto’s review published on Letterboxd:
Enola Holmes is an inspiring and different mystery movie. I might not be super clever or intriguing, but it was surely fun to watch. Overall, the characters are decent and the story is kinda entertaining. I wouldn’t mind watching it again, at all.
Enola herself is a wonderful character. She’s badass, smart and unpredictable. She breaks the fourth wall multiple times throughout the film, and I loved that. You could say this is a fine addition to the Sherlock Holmes’ universe, if there even is one, and it leaves room for a sequel.
