This has been on my radar for a long time, and I’ve always been interested in checking it out. Mostly because I knew Chris Sarandon was supposed to be really good in it, and Tom Holland directed it. They’d later team up again and work on Child’s Play, which I obviously love.
As far as Fright Night goes though, it kinda left me feeling underwhelmed. I think I was expecting something a little more creepy than what I ended up…
I honestly thought the trailer for this looked pretty fun for what it was, but I never got a chance to see it in theaters. In a way I think making horror movies based around holiday is kinda gimmicky, but it’s a gimmick I can’t help but love. And this movie definitely delivers on its promise.
