Mark J Jackman’s review published on Letterboxd:
Despite feeling a little ‘style over substance’ at the beginning, The Grand Budapest Hotel is a charming and fun film. Once the story got into full swing, the film was compelling and it because clear why it is held in such high regard. The cast are all great, and Andersons signature style gives the film an interesting and beautiful look.
One of the stongest attributes of the film is the characters facial hair, with Bill Murrys being particularly impressive.
