You see there's this cop. He's a maniac and he's killing innocent people in fun, bloody ways. The city turns against the police and it's just not safe to wear a badge anymore, (or not wear one either). It's up to Bruce Campbell and Tom Atkins to stop him. The finale kind of turns into an action movie.
