I'm still lost in it. It's a hard film to review, to capture its essence. But certainly, I'm mesmerized by its powerful abstract beauty, artistic philosophy, perplexity between original and copy. The complexity of relationship, reality, commitment is very palpable. Plus, twisting desire, coping with the situation, the cold argument, and the failure of convincing others are nothing but authentic. In fact, the movie feels like a certified copy of reality.
Not to mention, Juliette Binoche & William Shimell both delivered stellar performances.
