I actually like this a lot more on rewatch. It's definitely the most overlooked and underrated of this amazing trilogy. It's interesting seeing how much these characters have grown, changed and how they enter their next chapter of life. This is a minor spoiler, but the big argument that Jesse and Celine have is one of the most realistic scenes I've seen in a film. Richard Linklater writes characters so perfectly that everything that unfolds on screen feels so real. And that ending is probably my favorite of the trilogy. It hit harder than the last two and it definitely deserves to be praised just as much.
