Matt Goldberg’s review published on Letterboxd:
It doesn’t really work. Most of the jokes don’t land because the targets are too specific to play for broad comedy, but the depiction is too inaccurate to register as a niche hit. It would be wiser to remake this as a mockumentary about the clown car of Oscar bloggers and Academy voters who desire proximity to fame. All that being said, Catherine O’Hara is great in everything, and this movie is no exception.
