  I was taken out of this movie within the first 15 minutes when Talia admitted she roofied Batman and raped him to have their child and I just never recovered because it was such a subtle, throwaway line that Batman had no emotional response towards and I'm supposed to accept this? No.

  Wow 1 star is pretty mean even for me. There's some fun action sequences and Robin confronting killing vs. just providing brain trauma to thugs.

  So I jumped around the film and watched it out of order to finish my film thesis and I have some new points:

  - We follow Marion's internal fears (what her co-workers/family will think about her escape, if the cops are onto her, whether or not she should escape)
  - At the motel Marion finds safety and reflection. Awareness overcomes fears.
