The story of Easy Company is one I'll never forget.
I believe that film can never really fully encapsulate what these soliders- on both sides - civillians, and families really struggled through, during this time of devastation, brutality, and hardship. War wasn't recorded like a film. Things are bound to be exaggerated, and others undervalued. But it can sure doβ¦

Truly one of the most powerful films ever created. Beautifully crafted in every way. Left me shocked. An unlikely hero offering hope in a time of devestation and brutality. A haunting depiction of the horror and atrocities committed against the Jews in Europe.
A masterpiece.
Oh my oh my. What an absolute journey this was. The fact that this is on Letterboxd saddens me. I NEED another season.
Richard Madden puts on the greatest acting of his life in this 6 episode, tension filled rollercoaster of a series. The first twenty minutes of EP. 1 ALONE are clearly an indication of that. An incredible way to kick of the series, and the intensity did not stop there. It continued the rest of way through.

Scorsese made a MASTERPIECE here and he knows it. The music, the acting, the story. Hell everything about this is perfection. AND it's based on a true story?? Oh boy, my search history is having a field day with this.
